It is high time you learned how to find "secret" pokemon in Red and Blue.
First, open up your Pokemon Gold/Silver ROM in VisualBoyAdvance. Next, encounter the Pokemon that you want to transfer (or view its Pokedex entry). Open up the Memory Viewer and go to address 9000. Select Save the dump at size 400 (or a little less). Next open up your Red or Blue ROM and encounter a Pokemon. When the Pokemon is appearing, open your memory viewer (pausing the game) and go to address 9000 again. Make sure most of the lines of code you see are 0's. If not, resume the game until they are (easierto do with automatic update checked) and then click on the memory viewer. When most of the lines are 0's, load your memory dump. Make sure the address says 9000 and click OK. Resume the game and see the pokemon appear on the screen.
To make your Pokemon look even more realistic, you need to edit its name. To do this, go to the address CFDA. This address is where the Pokemon's name is located. The first two numbers are the first letter, the second two numbers are the second letter and etcetera. Change the numbers to make the correct name (note, unused spaces should have a value of 50, and the last letter should be in the address CFE3). 80 is A, 81 is B and so forth.
You can also edit the attacks of the pokemon. These are located in the addresses CFED, CFEE, CFEF, and CFF0. Unused moveslots are 00. Replace these values with the hex value of the attack you wich the pokemon to have.
Finally, make a video of your encounter with the pokemon and post it on youtube to start the rumor-mongling! Yay!
